Volunteers, Health Care Providers and anyone interested in learning more about issues related to planning for end of life.

This lecture will assist participants to:

• become aware of the benefits and resources available to them when their loved one dies
• know what documents to have available when needed and what to do if required documents are lost

and address such issues as:

• filing final income taxes
• what to do if there is no will
• transfer of ownership of vehicle
